Track and Field Booster Fees and T-Shirt Order Form

Dear Parents and Athletes~

Welcome to an excited new track and field season! We have a great new facility and have been working hard this off season to be in shape for that first meet which is right around the corner. The booster fees will stay the same as last year, $120, and include all entry fees for the meets and a free t-shirt for the athletes. If you would like to order more t-shirts, they will be $12 a piece for sizes small through XL. And $15 for t-shirt sizes XXL and 3XL. Please return this form by February 15, 2011 so that we can have the shirts ordered for the first meet. The shirts will be cardinal, with a big E on the front with script Esperanza Track and Field through the E.
